DIO7 Business Group was conceived and founded by Dionathan Reis Lima, a visionary executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership and management in large companies and multinationals.

 

Driven by a passion for creating impact and generating value, Dionathan established the group as a catalyst for growth for organizations seeking excellence and global expansion. The name DIO7 is a tribute to Dionathan's Italian heritage (DIO = God in Italian) and the number 7, which holds special significance in his journey.

Dionathan Reis LIMA

Founder & CEO

With a career spanning over 20 years in senior leadership positions in large companies and multinationals. He has proven expertise in commercial management, business development, market expansion, and organizational transformation.

He holds a Master's degree in Executive Business Management, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management and Commercial Management, and is fluent in English and Spanish. In addition to his role leading the group, he is an international speaker, sharing his experience and business vision with the public.
